On this week’s interview Paul talks to New Mexico Rep. Larry Scott, a Republican from Hobbs. Larry and Paul discuss hydrogen and the negatives of the hydrogen hub concept. While Larry does not describe himself as an “opponent” of the concept, he expresses concern about the massive subsidies necessary for hydrogen to be a significant energy source.
