Paul talks with Carol Wight of the New Mexico Restaurant Association about the current state of the restaurant industry. They also discuss federal and state programs that restaurants were able to use to help survive in tough times as well as future policy changes that could benefit the industry including expanding the elimination of New Mexico gross receipts tax on food to include restaurants.
