On this week’s show Paul talks to Preston Cooper about his new research on the Return on Investment (ROI) of a college education and the new report he has written which ranks US states by the ROI of their higher education systems. Cooper is a researcher working on higher education issues for the The Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity (FREOPP). Furthermore Cooper looks at which programs have the highest ROI in each state and offers tangible ideas for policymakers to make their higher education systems a better deal for students and taxpayers alike.
