On this week’s interview Paul sits down with Carla Kugler. Carla is President & CEO at Associated Builders and Contractors New Mexico Chapter. She represents the non-union construction industry in New Mexico. Carla recently won “Executive of the Year” from the New Mexico Society of Association Executives. In addition to that Paul and Carla discuss New Mexico’s construction industry and their constant struggle to find good workers and what they are doing about it as an industry. Carla also addresses the latest on projects in Bernalillo County/ABQ that by law give unions favorable treatment when it comes to government-funded construction. projects.
